BUSA Government is appealing to her potential subscribers, Bugema University, Uganda government, International Non-Governmental Organizations, Non-National Governmental Organizations, Donors’ institutions, Corporate Community and other potential bodies of good will to assist in mitigating the impacts of digital challenges which has created unprecedented unskilled, incompetent, unproductive, ineffective, inefficient and incapable graduates, employees and academia yearly. Currently, the students need special support to improve their competencies, skills, productivities, creativities, innovativeness, inventiveness, qualities, effectiveness and efficiencies academically and scholarly and these could be informs of adequate provision of computers in all University computers’ Labs, distribution of wider WIFI throughout campus premises and proficiencies in digital age. Thus, the purpose of Promoting Digital Age with the 21st Century Models is to provide a clearer roadmap and respond to this man-made paradigm.
